Dragon Eggs For You To Make 1)Run off color and construct 2) Make a dragon egg in paper mache You will need newspaper strips, paper towel strips white glue, an old paint brush, tempra paint (glitter or stickers or anything to decorate your egg), a balloon, and a small dragon toy Blow up the baloon, mix the glue 50/50 with water. Put 2 layers at least of newspaper strips over the balloon reversing direction on every other layer, then put on a layer of paper towels. Leave a small opening by the balloon tie. Let dry for several days. Break the balloon and then put the toy dragon inside. Cover the hole eith newspaper and paper strips.Let dry. Your dragon egg is now ready for paint. Be creative and use polka dots or swirls or stripes. Use buttons or glitter or stickers. Then incubate your egg and hatch at any time. Would make a nice craft project for a dragon party from the painting stage on. Cheap but fun party favors. |
