Tom was standing behind the bar and offered Hagrid his usual drink.  He was quite bald and looked like a toothless walnut

Doris Crockford was n a flutter because she was meeting Harry Potter. She shook his hand 4 times.
Dedalus Diggle
Dedalus Diggle had met Harry Potter in a store and had bowed to him.  He was very proud because Harry remembered him.
Professor Quirrell
Professor Quirrell was the instructor of Dark Magic at Hogworts School Of Magic.
